公司成立于1998年，由几位富有多年纺织从业经历的工程师发起，主要营业机构位于风景秀丽的南京玄武湖畔，在无锡、上海设有办事处。经过十多年坚持不断的创新，已形成对部分服装品牌及欧美市场的稳定供货。公司在纺纱、织造、印染、后整理各个环节均配备专业工程师，每季都有新品推向市场，以保证产品的竞争优势，为客户带来不断增长的销售业绩。
我们对以棉为主要成份的面料施加超细磨毛、空气洗、抓剪毛、接枝技术、雾面涂层、光亮整理、复合等多种加工手段，使面料达致完美境界，是休闲面料专家。

The company was established in 1998 and located in the side of beautiful Xuanwu park ,it’s also have office in SH &Wuxi .As the organizators of company, several experienced engineers played very important rolls .After ten-years continuous innovation , we formed the steadily supply to parts of garment-brands, European and American markets. The company has the professional engineers in every section such as spinning, weaving, dying and finishing. We develop new products to market almost every quarter to assurance our competition , and will also bring the sales increasing to our customers.
We made varieties of after- finishing on our fabric, such as micro peach, air wash, foam coating, shining finish to make our products more popular and fashion. We are of-course a casual wear professor.
